Clune Crofts

Of Clune crofts, is two crofts. Knock of Clune & Croft of Clune, which are run together.

Knock of Clune was established in 2013, when I became a crofter in my own right, rather than being Dad’s helper.

​

In late 2018, family circumstances changed, meaning I became the crofter at Croft of Clune also. Meaning Of Clune crofts was born.

​

I breed Luing Cattle, run Scottish blackface and Cheviot sheep. Depending on the time of year, I also have pigs and of course a crofter needs working collies and hens.

​

There has also been a new addition to Croft of Clune in the form of a Shepherd’s Hut for Glamping.
