Close to the ‘bonnie banks of Loch Lomond’ in the Vale of Leven is the small distillery that produces Gilt Gin. Distilled in a bespoke copper still, referred to as ‘Donald’s Troosers’, this sophisticated single malt gin is distilled using only 100% malt barley combined with the water of the River Spey and botanicals that give a dry taste with a hint of juniper and cardamom
